Reserve your cuts.

Grass-finished beef, raised without growth hormones. Located in the Outaouais, we offer a wide range of frozen, vacuum-packed beef cuts.

You place an order request. Nothing is paid online. The farm prepares the order and records the real weight and the final price.

Pickup is by appointment. Delivery uses the address saved on the order. You pay the prepared total, not on this site.

How it works

    Choose

    Active cuts are grouped by category. The number you see is what remains after current reservations.

    Reserve

    The cart holds pieces for twenty minutes, and never longer than two hours. The countdown uses the server clock.

  3. 3

    Receive

    Stock leaves the freezer only when the order is marked ready. Pickup is by appointment, or the order is delivered.

For customers

An account opens right away, with no approval. It keeps your first name, last name, phone, and, for a delivery, your address.
